Not all folding tents are the same. It goes without saying that every customer has their own specific requirements for the functionality and design of their folding tent. Depending on the challenges our customers face, we also develop custom folding tent solutions and special designs. In the past, Pro‑Tent has already taken on many customer-specific requests and turned them into reality. Nothing is impossible!
What kinds of customizations are possible?
Depending on whether a folding tent is used as a sales booth, trade show tent, for product presentations, or as a club tent or beverage stand, it may require some adjustments. Customizations can have a positive impact on sales and brand image. What customizations are possible?
- Pro-Tent folding tents are available in twelve standard sizes and can be shipped directly from stock. For special events, we can also create custom sizes made from a single piece. Whether taller, larger, flatter, or smaller: when it comes to tents with custom dimensions, we always keep safety in mind.
- Side walls and folding tent canopies can be purchased in one of our standard colors, or they can be fully printed in corporate identity (CI) colors or with a custom design. Transparent elements—for example, in the canopy—can also be added.
- For all three folding tent systems, we offer a wide range of accessories for customization. For the MODUL4000 and the Pro-Tent 5000—Pro-Tent’s premium lines—the selection of accessories is particularly extensive—and in some cases exclusive: you won’t find extras like interior cabins and fixed panels from any other provider.
- Since our folding tents are handmade, we can even customize seemingly minor details for you, such as the color of the seams.

A solar system that can be quickly and easily mounted on a tent roof provides the necessary power for any event—no power lines or outlets required! Absolutely practical and a real eye-catcher! The solar system consists of two solar panels and a SolarCase, which contains a storage battery, all the necessary electronics, and the corresponding outlets and connections. An innovative, portable solution for charging smartphone or e-bike batteries, or for powering computer and lighting systems.
Using a special connection module, the Pro-Tent MODUL 4000 and the Pro-Tent 5000 can be docked to a motorhome as an awning in just a few simple steps. Chairs and tables placed in front of the motorhome while camping are thus perfectly protected from the rain. On a day trip, the tent can be easily detached from the RV and left at the campsite, whereas conventional awnings must be laboriously rolled up and stowed away.
During an emergency response or accident, privacy and discretion are essential. Thanks to opaque fabrics and windowless side walls, our folding tents serve as emergency shelters for the police, fire department, THW, or the German Armed Forces.
